We have all missed the place so much. The children are playing outside on the swings, slide, running wild in the beautiful sunshine where I can see them and hear their laughter from my sofa by the open french doors. Coffee in hand and homemade cheese straws too. Perfection.
Our caravan is our little home from home, with a lot more luxury than we had in caravans on holidays growing up. We have sofas, tv’s a dining table, kitchen with everything you can imagine, memory foam mattresses in 3 bedrooms and even an ensuite. We have a balcony on the front overlooking the children’s play area.
So the beds are made, the toys are out and so are the smiles.
We’ll never tire of outdoor fun, arcades, cheesy shows, sandcastles and swimming. The children are never happier so neither are we.
We can’t wait for next weekend when the Showbar opens and we spend our evenings with a kids disco, bingo and oversized singing characters. A nightmare for some, bliss for us.
I am sitting here in the caravan, planning blogging ideas, tweeting, reading a magazine while little one naps… I havent read a magazine in so long!
No housework, happy children, what more do I need?!
